Had that problem before pal with parts and a refund, either way you should not have to wait for long. If it's almost 3 weeks I'd start to kick off, longer and I'll not be doing business with them again. Does'nt matter how many excuses there are your paid for goods should be sent out at the time arranged. Also applies on refunds.

I know exactly what your talking about here pal and chatted to you about this, no doubt it will leave a sour taste in your mouth and in 2 minds to deal with them again.

Anything ive bought from anyone on here has been with me within a week...actually bar one item and i was kept informed of the situ there. A fortnight and no communication would be slightly worrying :(

4 weeks isnt really on to be honest. sounds like it hasnt even been posted. its getting that time of year too when parcels may well take a bit longer  :( so that will just give the "seller" yet another excuse to give you Paul... if its a part you could source again easily id ask for a refund. paypal is pretty instant :daumenhoch: if thats not an option to you and you really need the item.................. then anonomus seller if your reading this please sort it out and get it posted  :daumenhoch:

Same here, with both my cases. I then see these people ranting in the 'cant believe this eBay seller' threads.

Its a strangle world..

4 weeks is 2 weeks too long in my book Paul ....... unless you work on the rigs , bang out of order imo  :(   You receive the money , you pack the goods and you send it out asap ...... it ain't fookin rocket science !!!

Like you have mentioned earlier it's the constant lies that p1ss people off . I can handle something not being sent for a genuine reason, or if you have been kept informed by the seller as to what is happening but to be promised this, that and the other and get fook all ain't right  >:(

Hope it gets sorted soon mate  ;)

As above really,I aim to post stuff the next day, because I'm as impatient as I was when i was 12 and waiting for Rockville BMX stickers to arrive from Mud Machine, and one of the best parts of this addiction we all suffer is when you recieve your shiny(or otherwise!!)parts that youve sacrificed your hard earned for in the post and you can feel them, look at them, hold them against the bike,or fit them straightaway!I.too believe in treating people as i would like to be,so I always get the bits out asap cos a..they are clogging up my bedroom, and b.I want that person to get the same pleasure I get when the postie or courier brings me bike parts! It's not that hard is it?a month is a fooking Liberty!

I have bought stuff from the states that arrive quicker than some of the stuff i have bought off Rad members. I bought something recently on Rad, 2 days later I buy an item from Amazon and 2 items from Play.com and have received those items. Still waiting on item from Rad  :(

When i sell something, it gets posted the next day or the next maximum. It goes 1st class or 1st recorded. I have had to ask for refunds on 2 occassions through waiting a month and agree with most that it should be posted and received within a week. People are quick enough to take the money, via gift too to save charges, so should be just as quick to do the posting.

I work shift patterns, have two baby girls to look after and another business to support but I still manage  :coolsmiley:

I'm sure that behind the scenes everyone knows full well this was myself and Tony, it is absolutely my fault in not having had time to package it all up and then get it to the post office.  Still unacceptable regardless of circumstances :'(

Everything has gone to the Post Office tonight and most has been posted 1st class apart from the 4 frames which have gone Royal Mail Parcel service with insurance.

My final word on this thread, although no excuse,  echoes Bills "you have no idea"
