:LolLolLolLol: Cheers! fook knows what happened there! :idiot2:

That's a joke. I paid less than that for mine off ebay
-
Shill bidding?
-
That looks like it's been cut too ... looks very short ???
-
and dont forget that some of these posts were repopped a few years back so god knows what is real and what ius not!!
Dingo
-
At one point that was upto £410 so someone obviously retracted their bid for one reason or another :-\
-
fooking mental. Probably 'sleep bidding' then woke up & thought "what the cacking hell am i doing?!!"
-
No
-
It's a piece of metal really, you'd have to have more money than sense to buy that.
-
Well it looks like there are even more people without sense as it is now at £410...! fooking ridiculous!
-
It's worth whatever it can be sold for. Lots of kit that was bin-fodder BitD is now revered and traded for huge sums :uglystupid2:
-
Yeah, its all relative...
But bloody hell...!!!

You're right there John ,, but it doesn't help when there's somebody shilling it up , it does create a bidding hype and escalates reasonable expected prices :-\
Is the Ebay seller not Zippy Simon Barnes , who used to be on here ???
There was a circle of at least 4 ex Rad forum members who I know regularly shilled for each other on Ebay ::)
Not saying Simon is one of them though

You can tell the difference between a real JMC seatpost and a fake one by the stamp on the top of it, the genuine ones were stamped with the same tool that the back end of the frame top tubes were stamped with, because the top tubes had a larger diameter when it was used on the seatposts some of the full JMC crest was missing, like the one for sale here.
Still alot of money though.
-
He can't spell either, Darrel Young :LolLolLolLol:
-
Just hope my £500 bid is enough...!!
-
Just hope my £500 bid is enough...!!
I don't think it will be, I've bid £600 >:D
-
Shit & i sold a complete bike for this...!
-
I'm pretty sure all the repop posts were made short by mistake and that looks short to me, i know nothing about the stamps but would be worried about buying this post.
-
So what do we reckon will be the sale price...??
-
Sale price - £410...
I wonder what Mr Melton would say...
-
this was zippys seat post and it is a gennuine one :daumenhoch:
there was no shill bidding on it, in fact Simon rang me in shock when it sold for that
-
We have a blatant shill bidder amongst us. No need on the shite he sells, just greedy.
