That's a toughie  ::)  :-\

I'd be tempted to just do as a survivor , personally  8)

You could always change your mind later  when it's completed  ,if it ain't doing it for you  :-\

You could then sell it on as is ,,or keep and do the full resto  :)

Dub-step is right Tel - do it survivor first, then resto if it's not floating your boat.

Or as my bro Simon (Hootski) said, sell it to us up here in Sheffield, we'll look after it >:D

Great comment that, it covers you.
I think the fork paint and rear end could be too far gone though for any sort of tidy survivor.

Yeah, leave it as a survivor, then restore it if you don't like it :daumenhoch:

Keep as a survivor and ride it until next autumn and then restore it.

Oh, by the way. When you said final build, did you only mean with freestyle bikes?  ;D

Look forward to seeing what you do Terry.  :daumenhoch:

Survivor will always be tatty.

Make it look like new!

Then you can get the full enjoyment from it as a new bike, then ride it and leave it as a survivor for your next of kin  :daumenhoch:

Yeah, I have to agree. Unfortunately, that's a little too far gone. If it was a full bike, I'd maybe suggest keeping it survivor state - but as it's only a frame & forks, full resto for me  :daumenhoch:

Lovely farmeset by the way  :smitten:

The fork is probably well preserved super shiny nickel!!
Could be very nice looking!
Kind of like the Decoster of Stidds  :smitten:

I have had a chat to the previous owner in a bit of detail now via PM's and it appears that the frame and fork will most probably be Nickel under the paint work as previously mentioned by Rad Rat  :daumenhoch:

If it is, then I will most probably like to get it stripped, polished and then candy blue over the top again to keep it protected for at least another 32 years  :smitten:

Would and does SBD do this or does he just do powder?

I know, I know, just PM the man and ask   :LolLolLolLol:
