Title: Anyone have a '79 - '82 Goose clamp???

Guys, I need to get the measurement of the clamp at the rear while fitted to the frame. I need to buy a cable hanger and it must fit to the clamp before the bolt is slotted through both. I am looking/hoping its around 30mm   :-\
