Title: Skyway Bearing Size??

Anyone know what size the bearings are on the front Skyway Tuff II, the old type, not alloy hub?? :daumenhoch:

i'm not sure tbh B, I bought an orphan Tuff cheap off the bay, it was cheap as there was some bearings missing, i'll just strip it down and measure one of the ones in it.

You might be able to just use a couple of my bearing cages ? pm with pic of hub  ;)

If it helps, the bearings are smaller than bottom bracket bearings and bigger than headst ones. ??? ::) :daumenhoch:

I think my cage bearing will fit with the shield on - couple of quid will get you 4 mate

a few days ago. even used the old cones as 1 would nt budge. they spin champion lad !

Did you split yours from the cages?

i did nt no. they fitted fine and spin real good with a load of lithium grease(let the debate begin-lol) so i am happy..caged are just an easy alternative to loose bearings. loose bearing came out originally !  :10_2_12: :daumenhoch:
