Title: name that frame?

looks like a shitter, "1 but looks to have had a gyro fitted and some snazzy mid school bars,

any idea what it is?

POS - the bars look like generic rip-offs n'all - think I might have some crappy similar one's made by Specialized somewhere round here.

The plate instead of a tube/bar behind the top of the seat tube shouts junk.

I remember bars like that.
I recall home-made bars in that format.

one of my mates dropped it off to see if iy was worth owt, he spotted the "1 headset and put it aside,

could have been a gen1 harorippermaster eh?

i've decided to keep the frame, i'll make some garden furniture with it this summer, hang a flower basket from it.....
