Does anyone know what year the bulldog brakes came out and also the mx 901 brakes

looking for an alternative to mx 1000s  :-\

i think bulldogs were 87

the oddysey calipers make a good alternative to mx1000's

or fs880s

Cheers gra, yes thats a bit too early for my build although the calipers look very nice...im still tempted  ???

bear in mind that 901s have less reach than mx1000 dont make the mistake i made or youll be braking on yer skinwalls doh!!

Sorry to hijack this thread, do you know what year the Odyssey Pitbull brakes came out?

What brake caliper would have been used on a bike circa 1990?  The frame has a brake bridge so definitely takes a caliper brake!

pitbulls are good for 1990

i have a 1990 skateboard mag (i forget the name) and it has simon tabron in it testing the "new" bully bashguard
that has a pitbull fitted, and they dont talk about it like its a new thing. got a feeling they were about in the late 80's, maybe as early as 87
