Title: REDLINE FORK iD

I got these REDLINE forks recently,for my RL-20,however i know they are not RL-20 forks.they look similar,but look too skinny.They came without a brakehole drilled,so im thinking race bike'the tubing is normal kinda diameter at the top,but tapers down to quite skinny at the bottom.are they possibly mini forks?Any help appreciated :idiot2:
