frame spotted by hutchman on the rail lines and rescued by myself..

i stripped the paint down, curse that twat the painted it with emulsion !
 and there is def a K E R followed by some smaller word in signature print !

thanks that was really inspirational(sarcasm included)...i would have preferred a known frame id.  i will do as i see fit!
