Alright chaps. Im researching the manufacturing activities of anlen in the mid 1980's and im compiling a list of serial numbers for Masters, Sports and FST's with 85 serials. This list also includes bikes or frames sold as 86 models but have 85 serials i.e 8511 and 8512 etc..
If anybody could either post below or PM me if you dont want to make that info public id be grateful of the following info...
1) The full 8 digit serial number starting 85 (ie 85064321)
2) The original colour of the bike if its been restored
3) Whether it has knurling on the chain stays
4) whether it was sold as an 85 or 86 model (all painted for 85 or chrome half fork and rear triangle for 86)
Thats a great help. When i have some feedback ill post it here in the thread. Im trying to work out numbers produced of each model and colour and when the 85/86 change happened.
Thanks chaps

Thanks dude. Yep i have a few listed now that have 8510 serials. At this point its total confusion on the last four digits. Im trying to find similarities across the models and colours. The more numbers i get the more likely ill crack it...
Keep them coming guys.. :daumenhoch:
