Title: Bit of work done on 2 Old S&Ms
Post by: SaMAlex on February 17, 2012, 08:44 PM
I had a bit of time in the garden today so got a few things done to a couple of bikes.

I got a matching rear tyre for the front that has been on my Mk1 Holmes (thanks Kev S) so now they have a pair. The whole bike is pretty much like I want it now. Its way nice.

I took the rear tyre that was on the Holmes and put it on the mk2 Dirtbike (the old CompIII on there was original one but had no label at all, no tread, and not much side wall). I also put an older Tuff on the front cos the one on there was a bit too ..... tidy. While I was there I stopped the chainring hitting the chain stay, and put in an extra link on the chain so the wheel didnt hit the frame. Again, I think this is all done now.
