I have been after a ProCraft Ultima 20" frame and fork for sometime and thanks to Hootski I was able to pick up a reasonably good condition (save for the chrome) frame and forks and managed to get it shipped over without too much hassle, along with some Araya Aero's, 180 Sugino Cranks, some Redline bars and a few other little bits and bobs I had collected for the build and Hootski thankfully boxed and included with the frame and forks.
After cleaning up the frame and assessing the chrome and the fact that it appeared to have had the seat post tube heated to remove a stuck post I decided it needed either re-chroming or that something different was needed.
BITD ProCraft only did there frames in chrome so I was thinking I would need to go a little different but build on the bling of chrome. I have managed to pick up some repro decals although I haven't put these on yet as I'm going to see if I can some made up in a different colour.

The colour really pops in the sunshine and even though the frame and forks were used and definitely not mint, I think it's come up a treat. I'm currently restoring the rims and will have the cranks going in for a re-chrome, I've got some great parts including some bitchin' pedals for it! Hopefully will have it built up in the next couple of months.
