Which one? It looks like a Cruiser to me don't even think it is a Kuwahara and it's not a 1983. There looks a problem with the forks aswell?

Are you sure?  I thought the re-issues were styled on the KZ1 and had a headtube gusset and the K logo on the dropouts.  I don't think it's either a Kuwie or a re-issue but have no idea what it might be.
