Title: gt mach one / dyno stem

the gt mach on came with this stem that is pictured here to(different bike/random image find) . same age give or take a year in which not much seemed to change ! ???
dyno ?
is this consecutive with anyones understanding of dyno/gt things ?

my old dyno - (frame still for sale) - but has different stem - ask costa (GTNUMBER1)
