Was originally lugless, someone in times of yore had p1ss-poorly welded lugs on and drilled a cable guide through the seatube. Got the lugs off with no damage to frame, and I've welded and filed the seattube hole up :) Thinking of doing it that nice deep blue with Dookie stickers :)
