Title: Gt profile cranks

Had some come in the post today and one of the sealed bearings has seized.. Anything that can be done or just replace.. Thanks :daumenhoch:

pull off the black covers, immerse the bearing in petrol and leave overnight, this should free it up and make it spin again, then leave it overnight again to allow the petrol to evaporate then repack it with grease and replace the covers :daumenhoch:

or go to a local bearing shop and get a new one for £6 :daumenhoch:

If it has been seized it means it has some corrosion, so it will never be the same again, I would just replace it  :)
