Think I am correct in thinking that a standard hub (eg Suzue) takes a 3/8x24T nut ? Can someone just confirm before I purchase the wrong ones please.
I know the old Tuffs are 26T.
Thanks Nath

i think it was just the front tuff that was 24tpi, and most freecoasters. everything else is usually 26tpi.
-
Suzue and peregrine are 26 tpi
Alloy hub tuff front wheels are 24tpi
Alloy hub tuff rear wheel is 26tpi
Hope this helps. Stu :daumenhoch:

Ok thanks guys :daumenhoch:

Good question this i assume 3/8 UNF ?
-
3/8 is axel width so 10mm in this case. Old school axels are 3/8 or 10mm
TPI does vary but Stu is spot on with his TPI info - thats how they came out of the shop. You'll only run into problems if they've been rebuilt then it can become a bit of a lottery
-
What are suntour please stu ?
-
Suntour coasters are 24TPI
