Title: BEST PERSON TO IDENTIFY A FRAME?? HELP NEED PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Hi every one.  i really need every ones help, is there any one on here that know every thing about frames???????
GOT THIS FRAME AND FORKS FEW WEEKS AGO but after going through rad museum and bmx museum photos i still cant identify this..
is there any one that knows?? no frame stamp no frame number, but odd rear stand on's and rear brake caliper mounting point....

I would say something like a Metrolite or other, from the welds it's not great & probably Hi ten steel.

Is it new or has it beem painted  ???

but you have to realise at the end of the day it's your frame and how you build it up is up to you - give it love  ;)

hi guys. yep it has been painted and know its not the best and it will be build and loved, but not knowing what it is , is and pain..
