Title: New Skyway EZ bars MK1

So, not great..

LHB - what is wrong with the MkIIs? I only have what I believe to be some chrome MkII re-issues (but could be wrong) and never seen originals up close. Are MkI / MkII worlds apart? You are not the only person I have heard saying this btw..

The welding is better than on the EZ II's along with the bar placement. Still look a bit shoddy though. I would rate them around 6 - 7/10

Is that cr-mo tubing welded to steel tubing there Paul? They seem to have learnt their lesson with just banging some bars together, like the EZII's, and took their time with the EZ bars. You can see that in the quality although, my mate hasn't stripped his, yet :LolLolLolLol:

very close to the original dimensions.

Hi Terry - sorry, I should have said: those stripped bars are not mine, rather, just some picture I came across once. The below are my bars. The welds look pretty bang-tidy to me so maybe mine are original..?

Gonna have to agree Paul, they look original to me too. Good welds on the bars you have there :coolsmiley:

Would be better in raw state than to buy black and strip them. They released these a good while ago now i think i started a thread. I was a bit miffed as id just painted some ez2's black and now folks will think there repops ;D
