Is black a super rare colour? All the other colours are between £10-£15

I was watching it because I want one. I got a rough chrome here I was going to sell to help buy a black one. I thought maybe £20-£25.
Shame CCA have stopped otherwise my chrome one would be stripped and sent to them, Might just strip and paint it like punkdisco's odyssey stem.
