Has anyone got a clue of where it came from, when, and how many there are out there?
I see its on bmxmuseam website and one other person has one, but no other word than that?
I can go out and get the frame number if that helps anyone?
Its obviously a dooer-upper
Cheers
Dave...

ask Glynnyboy ;)
but the head badge looks re-riveted maybe ??? they seem a little big but it could due to being a US one
-
The badge is pretty thick, the rivets look old but I did think they looked a bit suss??
I have found two other bikes online, but no info. One in New Zealand and one in Canada.
-
There's a thread dedicated to Raleigh freestyle over on Burnerworld :)
-
Can we see some pics of yours ?
I know the pics you posted here are of the museum find in new zealand.

The bike owner has since built this and it's now blue.

As far as i know this is the only one to turn up.
The other in the guys thread looks similar but not the same dropouts.
We haven't seen any info spring from NZ and the guy doesn't have any history so it looks like this is the only one so far.
Nice though.

I like that :daumenhoch: i do wonder why the rest of the world say America and Australia got the good stuff, why did we get things like my bitd 90T extra burner ? how the hell as a streak off piss like me bitd I 360'ed it I will never know :2funny:

The Uk ranges mirrored what went on in the US and Aus. Actually surpassed them in a lot of cases too.
They produced budget bikes for he masses and had high end bikes for the team to race just the same.
You just don't get the same following today in collection and restoration over there of the budget models like we do over here.

Cheers for the comments. I can actually take and post heaps of pictures, but they will be the same as teh ones from BMXMuseam as its the same bike. I bought it from the lad that posted them on there. The Blue one he pictured earlier is a different bike I actually have the one in these pictures here. I live in NZ by the way.
Are you saying its a pretty rare bike then?
Sounding more interesting as I go on!
Cheers again

The blue one was not painted, just cleaned up. Got this set from the same lad.
