Title: The best way to restore a Suntour Arrow seat clamp

I want to restore my Suntour arrow seat clamp. Do I anodise, paint or is there another way?  What is the best way to do it?

Any advice or links greatly appreciated.

i stripped mine then polished the arrow bit up nice and shiny.
masked it and painted it.

i just used a normal black spray paint outta halfords.
