Title: early 80s marlboro !!!!!!

Just purchased this !!! Need a little help sourcing original cranks etc if anyone knows much about these !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;) ;)

they had gold alloy cranks on them.
i had one bitd.
were made not far from where i lived.

Apparently gold sr 3 piece cranks........... Also they were built in wednesbury west mids !!!!    So im now on the look out  :daumenhoch:

yep thats it.
my dad used to supply the skips in the factory for the scrap iron.
i had 3 of these including a cruiser.
fookin hated that thing with a passion lol. everyone called it a bomber  ;D.

mine had red alloy brakes weimann type.
red alloy wheels with red snake belly tyres.
black standard straight handle bars.
and the pads sets were the same colour as the frame with the same script as the down tube sticker.

be cool to see this built up  :)

aha!

Got one of those too in the delayed process of being restored - turns out there's no way to get decals so mines ground to a halt and sitting in a box ready to be painted...

There all coming out now ... lol... I was contemplating gettin mine blasted and repainting as my mate got his own powdercoat business, however its not too bad just a good clean will do it, now i think im just gonna try and source the original or near as dam it brakes and wheels etc..

So im still looking for bits people !!!!
