How do you get on with crashes and injuries?

I know a few of us that are pushing ourselves with our riding (general BMX/racing) do have fairly decent crashes every so often. I struggle to go more then 2-3 weeks before a bike breakage, even if it's just a couple of spokes or knackered tyre.

Love it, sand is a mare to ride and build on too, brill

Your so gona have to come up north to sample our delights.

I'm in the process of re building the KoD jumps at Howarth bmx track, I'm doing a full rebuild and design change, hopefully if weather stays good I will be holding a KoD at the regional and would be great to have you there.
