Title: Info needed on S&M forks with 14mm dropouts...
Post by: sid1972 on April 18, 2012, 08:35 PM
Hi folks,

I may need a set for next gen dirtbike, are these hard to come by?

Only had 10mm version before, but I want to run the wheels I have - this maybe a total plank type of question so laugh away!  ;D

thanks for any help,

Sid.

Not as common as you may think I believe, unless you go for newer ones, or drill out some 10mm??

Any s&m dealer wil get you some forks, but I'm sure I have seen some ditch forks with 14mm on eBay recently

Unless you want pitch forks though that is.

I will have a dig around for you.

There are some pitch forks on eBay, seller has sold quite a lot of s&m mid school stuff, apparently it was her deceased brothers and it looks like he had quite a collection of nice things. She's in Kent, so don't know if that helps either.

I can't post a direct link at the mo. bloody iPad things...
