I love S&M, but that is a NO from me.

The only new school ride ive seen that can carry off tuffs is a floval flyer, and thats probably only because its barely changed in design since the stone age

My friend Jo has one and hers is  :smitten:

Yuk! Hate the look of 24 tuffs on any bike, make them look like an old bone shaker

Nasty. 24 inch tuffs only look right on wheelchairs.

He probably only bought the frame because it's from the US of A, and not to do racing on as he says 'I'll switch all the non us parts for us parts as soon as I can'

I like the wheelset it's self, just not on such a good race bike like that, put them on an 80's cruiser or a re issue one.

Don't think they suit that bike tbh.
For those that don't like tuffs on a cruiser though your nightmares are just around the corner. Roll on the TA release.  :LolLolLolLol:

I was thinking maybe some of those lovely nice blue ones on but with black tyres. You know just as a hat tipper to the old add.

Pet hate of mine is any mid school / new shcool bike that has old school parts on it. Never ever works. Mag wheels belong on bikes made in the 80's end of discussion. If you must have them on a mid school bike then fins some mid school spin mags. Tuffs need to stay on 80's bikes.  :angrysoapbox:

Front wheel on an early 90's 1" S&M is the only exception to the rule. Looks awesome  :daumenhoch: but needs to be front wheel only.

Doesnt usually work, did see a mini racer at the weekend, think it was a n/s Haro with oddy black widow cranks, suntour ring and Hutch beartraps with urchin cages

Think the little girls dad fitted them to save money on new parts :LolLolLolLol:

Tbh they would be as good as n/s parts on a mini :)
