Title: skyway alloy hub rivets

hi,i have a alloy hubbed skyway with coaster but it's got screws and bolts which i don't want,is it possible to get rivets for these and how easy are they to put in(do you need a rivet gun?)or does anyone know of someone who can rivet them for me,thanks in advance.... :daumenhoch:

Are they UK made ones? If so the hub is correct.

Aside from Skyway in the States, the only other Skyway Rivet machine that works is in Australia.  BUT there have been people who have been able to make up the machine rivets at a machine shop and have them fitted that look just like the OG ones so it can be done.

not sure if a uk version,how do you tell?it has a serial number in white stamped on the side..will the screw and bolts hold out,they just seemed a bit flimsy :-\

Just buy the appropriate sized hex headed bolt and grind it to a rivet shape on a bench grinder 5 mins tops for each rivet.
then ask Frankentuff what glue he uses and glue them in  ;)  :daumenhoch:
