Ok so what is the difference between a '82 team mongoose and a '82 motomag ?

am i right in one thing, is that the motomag has a hole in the bottom bracket to chain stay tubes 

but what the rest ?

ones heavy as fook n the other is fookin heavy, only being ever so slightly lighter due to the afore mentioned hole  :daumenhoch:

The Team gooses were candy red or blue!
The motomags were half steel and half cro-moly frames so deffo weighed more! Components were a lot cheaper as well

Iirc the team had a flat spot on the rear right brake tube near the rear dropout so the chain didn't rub the tube and the serial number began with 'T'.

Stidds you recall correctly, check my motomag seat stay for a non flat and the evident chain rub
