Title: retro pk ripper f&f
Post by: lk_97 on May 01, 2012, 09:50 AM
How much is a ball burnished style retro ripper f&f worth? I want to start a project where I use as many retro parts as possible, and want this to be the frame, where can I get one from and how much will it cost me?

Thanks, Lucas. :daumenhoch:

The retro ball burnished ones came out in 2007 so the best place would be a wtb post here or keeping a eye on ebay, not too sure about price , although a new black and gold one (2008) went for £200 on ebay recently.

Yeah ebay is the best place to get one,

Framesets dont go for a lot less than completes, saw a f&f go for 200 quid, same as a complete too

Oh in that case I might just look for a complete one, it will just be to ride around as the parts I'm putting on are top expensive re-issue stuff hopefully, so I don't mind if it's just a 'ripper'

I had one, looked ace, but rode crap, didn't even like riding it to the pub.

Not saying I was glad it got nicked, as it had most of my remaining BITD parts on it, but had it not been nicked, it wouldn't have stayed long.

Del did an brill job on the red anno style decals, I miss them!!

Oh right, I just wanted a bike I could ride around that looks good, I'll have to think about it now then, if I can get one cheap then I still might though
