Blatantly ripped from another BMX site...

"We've used an entirely new production process on the cranks, as well as different finish work, and all new packaging too. It's taking longer then we'd like it to get all the pieces of the puzzle together, but I think you'll find that the final product will be worth waiting for.

We're nearing the end, however, and if everything goes according to plan, the Elite Cranks should be released in the next 90 days. It could be sooner, but of course it could be longer, too.

Sorry I can't be any more specific than that."

Looks like they will retail at about $400 or £250 which gets you the arms, bottom bracket, spindle, and spider

Are they not MTB specific, as in designed for 135/150mm spacing at the back? bit like shimano Saint (will work on bmx but chainline is not ideal)

for a piece of polished alloy thats ridiculous.you can understand expesive parts that are well made and gonna last and have good parts in them ie profile hubs etc.but a spider!!just cant see it at all

The finish looks a lot better than the finish on standard profiles.  I think I would need to see them in the flesh to decide if I like them

Waiting to here but I reckon they will be on par with DXR's £300+ as they come with bb and spider and they retail at around £60 each

Tin looks awesome.  :smitten: The cranks not so much.
:LolLolLolLol:

I like the tin, and the accurate portrayal of some bloke sitting there welding them up and then chucking them on a pile before they go into the nice tin and they charge people £250 for them

anyone remember Madera cranks, profile's 'budget' line?  I had some on my T-Nez, they were great.  don't see any around anymore though
