Hi guys , just wondered I anyone knew the answer here.
Did all Mongoose DMC's have the lugs on the rear for U brakes ?
Was looking at a chrome frame bike from 95ish but had no lugs on the rear. And just bulldog calipers.
-
I have seen two types, one that had a hole on the little tube welded between the seat stays to put an old style brakes on and one with ad990 luggs on the chain stays.
-
I think all the DMC frames had 990 mounts on the chainstays, the Hooligan didn't though.
-
Cheers for the help fellas. Been having a good look and they all seem to have 990 setups as above.
This is the bike but I think it's a 95 hooligan frame just stickered up a DMC.

mmm i think you right, the dmc had 990s and the hooligan didnt, but they looked more or less same.
I liked them, good little frames.

Villian also had a simular frame I had a 95 one which had a few mods.
Sold it for £30 :uglystupid2:
