Title: What's this OPC?

Can anyone tell me what type of crank this is? No branding, looks kinda semi-hollow in the arms. It's 80s...

Also, the little stub that slots in to the spider is broken off – are these basically trash or of interest?  :-\

It has the shape of an SR & the date stamping is identical to their post stamping. Therefore this is October '84.  :daumenhoch:
