Title: does anyone know anthing about these old school rims?

they are the lightest rims i ever held ,stamped rodi scout 406x21 din alloy they have 28 spokes. would love to know a bit more about the they are really cool.

Really need a closer picture of the rim and any stampings, that pic is too far away to tell you anything other than they are BMX rims ;)

 :) With having only 28 holes are they for junior/expert bikes?  The 406 is prob the ERD and seems too small to be be a mini rim so I`m flumoxed  :daumenhoch:
