Title: StolenBikeCo-are these components just cheap POS? or have I invested wisely?

Post by: HEYWOOD BMX on May 16, 2012, 05:36 PM: :) Bars & stem & other bits are fine but I`d change the cranks at some point-my 13 yr old has bent 2 sets.I`ve ran Stolen Team cranks before (around £80) & would buy them again.

Hows about colny colonial cranks? are these just for flatland of burly enough for hard riding????

Post by: HEYWOOD BMX on May 16, 2012, 06:15 PM: :) Colonys look like regular cranks-flatland ones are generally pretty short.Shop around,you can get Profile GDHs for not much more & WTP or DK cranks for less.

Post by: TwoBobRob on May 16, 2012, 09:28 PM: If you're REALLY lucky, Stodgy had some coloured cranks in recently (blue I think) - proper top end stuff for half price basically. Can't remember now what they were, other than they were a bargain. Give him a shout.
