Title: Anyone tell me what this is please

This came with a couple of bikes i picked up for the kid's today think it's a Dyno??? i have searched but can not find a pic.It has gt part's on it seat,chainwheel,post.Have a look at the pic's Hope some one can help Thanks

its an old dyno

maybe a real old compe

does it have thin dropouts?

i mean wafer thin?

Its a Dyno VFR frame and forks circa 1990  ;)
 Looks like an SR stem, sugino chainring takagi crank and spyder, tektro levers, Bars could be late GT or Dyno.
