Title: How far have you ridden a 20" BMX?
Post by: b45t4rd on June 09, 2012, 01:41 PM
Just caught up with an old friend on Facebook, in the early 90's he travelled a very impressive distance on a 20" BMX.

BTW, another mate managed Birmingham to Weston Super Mare, the things people do to escape B'ham.  :LolLolLolLol:

What's your record?

13 miles on a kent ambush with a frame in a Bergen that I needed to take to the powdercoaters. Going there was cool but comIng back was a bit more of a challenge as it was mainly uphill . I got my second breath after a while and had a nice nap after.

BITD 3 or 4 times a week, 9 miles there and back to/from the next BMX track. No big deal.

Spoilt kids nowadays are driven by their overanxious parents. Thatīs at least what i noticed.
