Post by: balladof32 on June 10, 2012, 09:03 PM
recently sell across this forum ?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/old-bmx-VERY-RARE-GENUINE-GEN-2-graphite-skyway-tuff-2-wheels-outstanding-con-/270995761155?pt=UK_sportsleisure_cycling_bikeparts_SR&hash=item3f189b2803

Absolutely, 100% Dave. They're the same material. Originally bought from porkchop I believe - I can tell with the freying at the edges and shape of the stem pad.

Case in point  ::)

Fooked me off massively because Joff wanted it at the time, but some other guy on burner world dibbed it before him. Obviously has ties with asa.golfs  :tickedoff:

Makes more sense now, the amount of stuff that goes through his account on a weekly basis  >:(

I did say at the time you should have fooked him off  ::)  :LolLolLolLol:

Seriously though Tom , no hard feelings here mate, you weren't to know and did the honourable thing as he had dibbed the frame and forks before me  ;)  Just a bloody shame when stuff like this happens  >:(

Be interesting to see if the frame or just the forks (with them being undrilled) appear at some point  :-\

Sadly this isn't the first time something like this happens and it certainley won't be the last .

 :LolLolLolLol: should've Joff  >:(

Just left a bit of a bitter taste, as they clearly aren't 'Hutch' pads  ::) they probably cost less than £15 to make at home. Now someone's paid £61 for them.

I have no doubts it'll crop up at some point. But there's a paper trail now anyway  :police:
