Title: what bars?????????? help with id please

any ideas ?
nice welds no knurling. looks like a couple of stickers would have been down each side on rear

They look like handles bars to me Dave as they bare no resemblance to Bras at all  :-\

i was thinking the welds were very similar to my hutch bars
