are all drivers the same size or are they specific to each hub,  ?

they will be specific to the Hub in general matey.....what Hub do you have?  ???

cheers Rob thought that might be the case , no hub but found a cheap set of wheels , they're 9 tooth but didn't fancy the 25/9 gear, wanted an easy gear like the 41/16 i'm running at the mo so thought about going bigger on the back 11 maybe?  cheaper than going smaller on the front , new cranks ------- out of the budget at the mo  :'(  :LolLolLolLol:

depending on the hub, a new driver will cost you anything up to about £50 i think  ???

25x9 is okay dude .but i got  a proper hub with 10t (because thats all they had and run 28 )
scan ebay and get a 23t front cheap used

do the 23t fit normal crank mount Greg,   or do you kneed crank with the mount nearer the spindle?   if ya gets me
