Title: Dying Seats - Help Please
Post by: Stodgy on June 30, 2006, 04:02 PM: Hello chaps

I've got a lovely NOS Nominator Pro seat in white and I want to turn it blue...

I know to use Dylon, but I was wondering has anyone successfully turned anything white to a lovely rich blue (like a kashimax blue)? If so, which colour Dylon did you use?

Post by: sawzall on June 30, 2006, 06:53 PM: hi stodgy i have dyed a yellow seat blue came out really well, lots of heat and salt and plenty of dye i got a large pot and put on cooker to maintain a constant heat,lots of salt and a couple of pots of dye i think its number dye# 18,i did it a couple of times as the yellow did not cover first time but white should be ok with one go :daumenhoch:
