Just an observation over a few months so dont shoot me down but? Do you think its fair?...............
That people are dibbing things in the for sale section for people who are not even online when the things become available for sale?
I have noticed that there are a few people who seem to be constantly on here (no probs with that obviously ;)) and If something comes up for sale? seem to be dibbing it for this and that person quite regular?
Now my opinion is (and its only my opinion ;)) That anything that comes up for sale or swap? Is that they should dib it them fookin selves? if your not online tuff! If you miss it tuff? We all have missed something that we,ve been after thats just life :-\.......plus the fact that hardly anyone reads the wanted section? before they post in the forsale section ???

Very good point :)

It's a good point and theres an argument for both sides I guess.
I've dibbed for others like many other people have on here, it's always nice to look out for things you know people are really looking for. Nothing worse than missing out on that last bit for a build because your on holiday or can't get to a comp etc :)

:2funny: including you :daumenhoch:

Yeah there are occasions when its very reasonable to do this for others as Ash says, but of course its perhaps bad form to continually exercise this behaviour.

Its a marketplace, there for stuff to be bought & sold.
Never dibbed for anyone or had owt dibbed for me, but dont see owt wrong with it personally.
The non site supporter PM thing is maybe a bit underhand, but its an easy place to buy & sell, lot less cnuting about than ebay, both ways.
Its just life, mates (& virtual mates) will always look out for each other I suppose.
Had to edit, the strict bleeding swear filter is by far the worst thing on Rad, come on, everyone is 38-45 FFS.

doesn't bother me as long as it helps people sell stuff and buy stuff
so long as people don't wait ages to make their minds up

well said.first come first served.dib if you want it,if not let your mate know about it.

I've dibbed stuff for people, not everyone can be online all the time,it's just life!as long as it's sorted one way or the other within 24 hrs or so i think it's perfectly acceptable.People take it for granted that everyone dib dobs stuff and just pays for it on here how it should be!I'm a member of other forums where the etiquette and manners far from what it is on rad i.e people fooking each other about for stuff left, right and centre!treat people how you want to be treated!I wouldn't have found a couple of bits for my bike without the help of rad members and was touched(not literallly)by kindness and genorousity from people i hadn't met,and still havn't!fook!hold on dude!I think you dibbed a white dominator for me about a year ago!!! :daumenhoch:
