They have been substatially cut down 2 25 inches ::) width of top of crossbar is 285mm and from outside of clamp area 2 top of crossbar is 160mm . Crossbar is 20mm diameter and they r 9 inch rise. Welds r real nice tig . They have always been painted no chrome . Ur thought fellas :D

I have worked on these removing the paint and reinstating their width ;) They were cut down unevenly ::)
What u recon now they r their full width ? Does it help ?

Position of the crossbar makes me think 90's mid school bars

Hutch woodies from the shape. Don't enough about them to comment on the knurling etc, but these apes there or there abouts.
