Title: Black Rims - How will they hold up.
Post by: Jamroll on July 18, 2012, 10:07 AM: Doing a build at the moment and it will be a rider (allbeit a mint one) and i really fancy some black rims on it...other than Tuffs (or other moulded wheels) are there any other rims out there that would stand upto brake rub and remain black ??? Don't really want shiney side either. Bit of a noob question i know but i aint got the foggiest :LolLolLolLol:

what about Z's? ???

Post by: MaD-RoK on July 18, 2012, 10:15 AM: AFAIK its gonna come off regardless. If the brake pads don't do it by themselves then once grit and whatnot gets in the pad it will.

They'll last ages with normal dry weather use
