Post by: pickle on September 15, 2012, 07:22 PM: It is being looked at yes, but it's not going to be done over night. I don't know the ins and outs of why it goes down at times but we are looking at getting a new one in the future.

The provider is switching us to a new service, which I need to chase, which will not cost a penny.

What I don't want to do is to pass the cost on to members etc.

So I'm hoping to get a fix soon
