There are a number of places out there who have permission to print GT decals in any case, so its not like you cant get your hands on them any more. They are all acting as if there has been a complete ban on all repro stuff which isnt the case.

Not really they have to prove you are making money out of it in order to have a claim for loss. If you are providing a "service" to assist in restoration then unlikely they will be able to successfully sue you and in the case of the plantiff being in the US they would have to sue you in the UK courts which would massively cost prohibitive.

Post by: Rodgy1970 on August 05, 2012, 01:30 PM: This has been the situation for a few years now it's nothing new except the bmxmuseum have obvously got warned with a cease and desist notice to stop providing a venue for the sale of said decals or they will be sued themselves.

If you read all 15 pages of that you'd definitely need treatment.
