I always use paisley freight. theyre around 25 for a bike picked up and delivered. usually dropped off in 2-3 days. I live in Wolves and citylink have done it to me twice. Never again will they darken my doorstep.
-
I have used City Link twice and both times they didn't pick up until the next day.
Never used them again.

I once had two drivers arrive to collect a bike from me at work, I gave the bike to the first driver, who is the normal collections bloke that comes everyday, then the secind driver turned up an hour later to collect it
Then the bike went missing, as the driver that took it wasnt supposed to and had no paperwork for it, so took it back the depot and dumped it in a corner with no labels on it, in the end it took a grand total of 7 days to deliver a bike 65 miles!!!!

I think they are all hit and miss. As i've had bad service from parcelforce, citylink and dpd

i always use parcels2go to send big stuff.... u can chose between a few different collection companies. never been let down yet . by using parcels2go u can use ur prefared courier , have it collected from were you want ie home/work/freindshouse etc... plus you have parecls2go to moan at if there is a problem AND the courier you chose . so 2 chances of getting "help" if you have a problem :daumenhoch: Nicky no way would i pay a second time :knuppel2: refund or give em a second go at collection :daumenhoch:

I use inter parcel online cost £10.00 to send a bike box and they use UPS as they are only a broker :daumenhoch: so you get the best service at less than what UPS charge ;)

Citylink are showing collection cancelled by account holder, FFS i aint cancelled it i sat there all fookin day, no one has phoned, fkin shuffle munsterers.
Ending up sending it Royal Mail again, how do they get away with those charges FFS
Have emailed citylink, no response :tickedoff:

I have a account with city link and surprised about this I find them spot on. I know city link hate anything to do with parcelstogo if it was through them.
