As a quick fix to ad around inch either side you can use a copper reducing plumbing joint and super glue it in. Never tell under the grips but i wouldnt go racing with them unless you brazed/welded the joint  :daumenhoch:

Stick a piece of wood in each end, make a collar oit of sheet metal, weld and remove wood, puts sum grips on, or just jam the wood poles in and cover with grips and no one will know! Probablly wouldent do either of thoes as i just mase that up so quick answer, i dont know  :2funny:

I guess the answer is yes, but what is 'the right width'?  1" off each side isn't that much to be honest and hardly noticable, unless the bars were very narrow to start with.

what bars are they?  ???
