Title: dodgy s&m ad on ebay????
Post by: kev-s on August 06, 2012, 08:14 AM
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/bmx-bike-Custom-S-M-/251123913839?pt=UK_Bikes_GL&hash=item3a7826d46f

says its a custom dirtbike yet clearly its a ltf

zero feedback, no description

looks to have reissue profile box cranks, s&m bars, pitchfork xlt's, stem, chainring, seat, seat clamp, g sport rims, khe tyres

seems very cheap considering the spec

The user name says it all "Shadow Con"... Definitely a scam.

Just a warning to anyone thinking of having a cheeky bid on this. I asked the seller to name some of the parts on the bike as none were listed in the ad. None of them matched up with what I could see in the pic. He said the cranks were MacNeil conjoined which they are clearly not, and that the wheels were cinima.  :uglystupid2: Steer clear of this one.

Well I tried to report it on eBay but how bloody difficult do they make it.

So maybe I have, but I wasn't able to say why I was reporting it as I only got 3 tick boxes.

Anyhoooo I mailed the guy asking for specs, and collection.
Returned reply with a list of parts that clearly weren't on this bike.....

What a tosser
