Title: Budget Cruiser/Pub bike
Post by: Rob1 on August 09, 2012, 04:38 PM
Now I love 20" bikes as much as the next man but I`m a bit too old & fat to ride them now...so I thought I would build a 24" cruiser/pub bike as cheaply as I could but I didn`t want it to look like a piece of sh@t . So I bought this from Ebay for £31...

Got the bars & forks from a Rad member for £45 . I already had the cranks .

Took the frame and the other bits to a local powder coating firm .
And here she is !

Got the wheels (BFRrims & Prolite hubs) brand new for £65 delivered .

Stem was £18 from Ebay , stickers and chainwheel also from Ebay , in fact everything else was from Ebay I think .
