Umed ans Arred whether 2 post this cos not sure of the reaction 2 b honest ::) No pics sorry cos will b unveiled at MK pics after obviously ;) this thread is so peeps don't miss stuff like I have and wished I had seen at the MK show
First off is a stem that was modified by a local Bike shop owners best pal 4 his son bitd. Was used 4 racing bitd and is all restored now. It will b on 1 of my MRD Pro race bikes on show. This was in a terrible state all bashed up and a corner missing snapped off the base, covered in paint. lots of work later ^"^

Now the second is a right bugger up the back 2 b honest ::) bitd I fell in love with this stem and wanted 1 real real bad :2funny: Any how I contacted the guy who made them in his little Brit :Great_Britain: workshop 2 b told they were no more and no plans 2 make anymore :'( That was the end of that till now. Noting the positive reaction Phil sawzall got when he had 2 replicate his SJK stem . He had no chance of finding 1 so he made it :4_17_5: top bollox it is aswell. I spent hours leafing through all my mags and finally found a tiny stamp sized piccy of the stem. Thats all I had 2 work from so blew it up and the plans were a foot . Its took me about 7 month all told taking my time but I have recreated the stem ::) It will b on my White MRD Badlander at MK if u fancy seeing something different . Must say a big thanks 2 Carl in2bmx 4 all his help with this :daumenhoch: Oh and a certain person who gave me the inspiration 2 do this after 5 years of talking about it and never tracking 1 down . Cheers Buddy :smitten:
this pic was the size of a stamp till I got my mate 2 blow and clean it up so I could work off it

We dont see enough home brew stuff on here, especially to that quality.
Seeing this has given me a kick up the arse to get a stem done i have had my eye on for ages.
Quite a bit more complicated than yours though :'(
